Salmon Teriyaki

 
 

Ingredients

Salmon Filets

Vegetable Oil


Marinade Sauce



Teriyaki Sauce

tbsp
Sugar

Sake
Salmon Teriyaki Over Vegetables
 
     
 

Directions

  1. Mix dipping sauce ingredients; marinate salmon in the mixture for 1 hour.
  2. Pat salmon dry with paper towel and coat thinly with potato starch.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan; sauté salmon until well cooked, remove from pan.
  4. In clean frying pan, heat teriyaki sauce mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Put salmon into frying pan and flavor with teriyaki sauce.

    You may add vegetables at your discretion (Broccoli, Asparagus, Carrots, Potatoes)
