Shirataki noodles are a great way to watch your diet without sacrificing the quality of your food. The noodles are low in carbs and calories, and have zero grams of fat, sodium, and cholesterol. They have no taste by themselves, but will absorb the taste of whatever they’re prepared with. So you can keep eating those tasty stir fries, soups, casseroles, and pesto pasta dishes.
*To parboil: Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt (optional); add the Shirataki Noodles and quick-boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse.
