Black Shirataki noodles have all the great health benefits of regular Shirataki noodles, but they are also infused with seaweed, which adds additional nutrients and minerals like calcium. Black Shirataki noodles are low in carbs and calories, and have zero grams of fat, sodium, and cholesterol. They have no taste by themselves, but will absorb the taste of whatever they’re prepared with. So you can keep to a diet and still eat tasty stir-fry, casseroles, and Alfredo dishes.
*To parboil: Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt (optional); add the Shirataki Noodles and quick-boil for about 5 minutes. Drain and rinse.
