Make an instant meal in minutes with this Crab flavored Udon noodle soup. Udon noodles become thick and dense when cooked which makes them very filling.
1. Add noodles to 1 1/2 cups boiling water. Cook 2-3 minutes.
2. Add soup base just before turning off heat
3. Serve immediately

Add a few vegetables or some leftover chicken, shrimp, steak bits...whatever you may have and you have a very tasty meal. (hint: a fresh egg cracked into a steaming bowl just before serving makes the broth incredibly rich and thick!)With the addition of just a little bit of veggies or meat, or even just that egg, this can easily be a meal. I've often split a packet with someone and made a meal of it with a half sandwich and few pickles on the side. It is very filling!
Of all the flavors I probably order the Mushroom most often. It has a good mild flavor that you can add just about anything too, seafood, chicken, beef, pork vegetables, whatever....it all blends in well with this packet, it's a good "add anything" base flavor.
