Vermicelli noodles are long and thin rice noodles. They can be used in many dishes from soups to stir-fries and they can be served hot or cold.
--Fill Wok about 2” of oil
--Heat oil on high about 200 degrees
--Once it’s hot enough toss the noodles
--It should expand quickly, if not oil is not hot enough.
--It takes less than 60 sec. to cook.
--Once it’s done remove from oil then place on paper towel
2) Wrap remaining maifun for use another time.
3) Combine chicken, lettuce, green onions and tops, cilantro in large bowl.
4) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5) Add maifun, vinegar and sesame oil.
6) Toss to combine.
7) Serve immediately.
