Tamanishiki Rice uses two kinds of super premium quality short grain rice; Koshihikari and Yume Gokochi. They are carefully grown and harvested in the Montana Farms, located in the fertile agricultural land in Sacramento Valley, CA. This small grain rice has a unique combination of great flavor and wonderful texture, and is carefully polished so washing is not necessary.
