I make my own spaghetti sauce and a small spoonful of this turns a good sauce into a really delicious sauce. Gives it a rich, sort of meaty flavor.
It's also good spread thinly on some chicken and then cooked in the oven.
I'm sure we'll find other ways to use it too, it's becoming a staple.
By the way, for other Andrew Zimmern fans, he even mentions Lee Kum Kee brand on his website and says it "works great!" :)
