Bok Choy with Hot Bacon Sauce

Bok Choy with Hot Bacon Sauce

Tender steamed bok choy, simmered in a large skillet until nice and crisp, then smothered in a bacon infused sauce. Serve it over a bed of warm steamed rice.
Ingredient:
2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Vinegar 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 cup Chili Sauce 6 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled) 2 tbsp Cooking Oil 3 cups Chopped Bok Choy
Direction:

1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes.

2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender.

3. Place on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over.
