Do you ship to other countries?
Yes, please see our International Shipping Policies page.
Do you have a physical store location?
No, we are a e-commerce store but we ship from our warehouse in Richmond, California.
What are your most popular products?
We offer a diverse range of Asian food and other products, but our most popular products include Pocky, Shirataki Noodles, Ramune Soda, and Asian Household Products. Feel free to click on any of the categories listed above to shop for these items.
Do you offer flat rate shipping?
If your order total is $30 and up, your order qualifies for $5 flat rate shipping via FedEx Ground (excluding orders to Hawaii, Alaska, International Countries, and B2B customers).
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
Can an order be placed and then paid for by check or money order instead of placing it on a credit card?
Asian Food Grocer no longer except checks or money orders as payment for orders. You may contact customer service for rates, quantities, and payment options.
Do I have to order food products in individual units? I would really like to save money and order food products by the case but I'm concerned about spoilage and ending up wasting money.
The long shelf life of our products enables our customers to take advantage of our specials and buy in volume without being overly concerned about spoilage. Dates on products should be periodically checked to ensure that products are used before their expiration date.
How long will food products last if I order by the case?
Our products have a shelf life which range from 6 months to 3 years. Our Orchids brand Bamboo shoots have a shelf life of 4 years.
What happens if my frozen food arrives in melted condition?
Please note that AFG cannot cover thawing issues. For example, all orders of natto that are placed in hot months are made at the customer's own risk. AFG will package the natto with ice packs, but cannot guarantee that the product will arrive in its original frozen state, and cannot issue refunds for natto that arrives thawed. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Can you deliver something on a Saturday?
Fedex delivers Tuesday through Saturday, and we do not at this time offer specific Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. Please see our Shipping Policies page for more information.
Is all your food approved by the FDA to be safe for human consumption?
Absolutely. We do not and can not sell food that is not first inspected and deemed safe for human consumption by the FDA.
Can we use your images??
No. All media (graphics, photos, video) and content on Asian Food Grocer are copyrighted. Please do no use or adapt whole or part of an image without permission. A lot of time and effort were spent in to making content for this website and we would really appreciate if our efforts were credited and acknowledged. If you want to use any of our media and content on other platforms or for other reasons, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you.
