Shirataki noodles are one of the healthiest things to build a meal around. They are extremely adaptable too, so you can use them as a base for your stir-fry, your salad, your soup, your rice meals, or whatever you can imagine. Just rinse the noodles in water, prepare them however you like, throw in some fresh veggies and maybe some diced chicken, and it’s a perfectly delicious, super healthy meal.

*Directions: Drain and rinse throughly. Boil for 2~3 mins. (or microwave for 1 min.) to reduce the authentic aroma. Dry very well and use as you would regular cooked noodle.
