The thick, straight noodles have a firm texture that’s similar to spaghetti cooked al dente. We love the unique savory soy sauce and sesame oil base, as well as the generous bits of bok choy, lettuce and mushroom bits sprinkled on the noodles. Simply add hot water to the bowl, wait for 5 minutes, drain the water, and then add the packet sauce. You’ll love the delicious aroma and hearty flavors.
