I do not make these to their directions. I put several different mushrooms in 500 ml water, some dried and whatever leftover protein I can find. After the water boils I add the choy products, then the noodles. After 3 minutes I add the seasoning packets. The oil goes last and the "Finishing Touch" is delicious and fun.
5 Stars This is the only noodle I do not season after it's cooked.
