Use this Asian Hot-Que Grill Sauce the next time you grill, and its glaze will reward you with a wonderful flavor that is just a little sweet, a little tangy, and a little more spicy, yet perfect for making anything from beef, to poultry, to pork!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 cup Ketchup
  • 1/2-1 tsp Chinese Hot mustard
  • 1 lrg Garlic Clove (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1-3 tsp Asian Chili Paste with Garlic

Directions

  • 1. Combine all ingredients except chili paste in a small saucepan.
  • 2. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat.
  • 3. Stir in chili paste.
  • 4. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
  • 5. To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
