Asian Recipe Saucy Shrimp

This fantastic shrimp dish is very easy to make. It's cooked with spices like diced onions and lemon juice, and prepared with sauces like a Teriyaki glaze and Yuzu Cooking juice. The result is a delicious and simple meal that will satisfy the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Shrimp (raw, medium)
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki Baste & Glaze
  • 2 tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 1 tbsp Yuzu Cooking Juice
  • 1 tbsp Sliced Green Onions & Tops
  • 1/2 tsp Tabasco Pepper Sauce

Directions

  • 1. Peel, devein and butterfly shrimp. Combine teriyaki baste & glaze, sherry, lime juice, green onions and pepper sauce in medium bowl; stir in shrimp.
  • 2. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remove shrimp and place on rack of broiler pan.
  • 3. Broil 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until shrimp are opaque and cooked.
  • 4. Serve immediately with wooden picks.
