Nutritional Information

Enjoy this fantastic, great tasting meal. With such ingredients as sweet mirin, and green onions, combined with the super healthy shirataki noodles, and the thin, delicious slices of beef, you know it'll be a family favorite, and a great way to stay in shape.

  • 7 oz Shirataki Noodles (drained)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Mirin*
  • 1/2 lb Beef(sliced paper thin)
  • 2 med Green Onions (sliced)
  • 2 tsp Ginger Juice
  • 5 cups Cooked Rice (hot)

  • 1. Place the Shirataki Noodles in a saucepan of boiling water and cook for 1 minute, separating the noodles with chopsticks. Drain and cut into 1 inch lengths.
  • 2. Bring the sauce, sugar and mirin to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add the beef and cook just until the meat changes color. Strain the beef over a heatproof bowl and return the sauce to the same saucepan.
  • 3. Add the onions and Shirataki Noodles to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes or until the onion softens. Return the beef, add the ginger juice and heat through. Divide the rice among serving bowls.
  • 4. Top with beef and Shirataki Noodles and about 1/4 cup of the sauce.
  • 5. Mirin*
  • 6. Sweet Japanese rice wine used especially in cooking.
