Bok Choy with Hot Bacon Sauce

Nutritional Information

Tender steamed bok choy, simmered in a large skillet until nice and crisp, then smothered in a bacon infused sauce. Serve it over a bed of warm steamed rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chili Sauce
  • 6 slices Bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 3 cups Chopped Bok Choy

Directions

  • 1. Combine first five ingredients in a saucepan; simmer 5 minutes.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok or large skillet. Add bok choy; stir fry until crisp tender.
  • 3. Place on serving dish; spoon hot sauce over.
