Chunky Western Guacamole

Nutritional Information

Chunky style guacamole! This is a change for us, but since we love it so much we thought we'd share it with you. Avocados are one of the worlds super foods, so grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy this super recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 Ripe Avocados (halved, pitted and peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 can Green Chilies (diced)
  • 1 med Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Onion (minced)
  • 1 lrg Clove Garlic (pressed)
  • 1/4 tsp Peppers (ground)
  • Tortilla Chips

Directions

  • 1. Mash avocadoes with lemon juice in large mixing bowl.
  • 2. Stir in chilies tomato, soy sauce, onion, garlic and red pepper.
  • 3. Cover and regrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
  • 4. Turn out into serving bowl and serve with chips.
