Cold Lo Mein Noodles

Nutritional Information

Cold noodle dishes are often served on hot days in Asia as they are believed to help cool the body. Have this super simple cold lo mein noodle salad as an appetizersbut, be careful, it's a little spicy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 cup Tamari
  • 4 Scallion (chopped fine)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (grated)
  • 1 dash Tabasco
  • 2 tbsp Tahini

Directions

  • 1. Cook noodles and let cool.
  • 2. Heat oil and toss in noodles.
  • 3. Add tahini and toss well. Let cool.
  • 4. Combine with rest of ingredients.
  • 5. Refrigerate and serve cold.
