Cranberry Salsa

We're trying something new here and we know you'll love it. This delicious cranberry salsa will taste great on everything from buttery crackers to salty tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Fresh Cranberries (12 oz bag, chopped)
  • 4 each Green Onions (minced)
  • 2 each Jalapeno Peppers (minced)
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dried Mint (crushed)
  • 6 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/4 tsp Ginger (minced)

Directions

  • 1. Combine all ingredients
  • 2. Place all the ingredients in to a bowl
  • 3. After all ingredients are chopped and combine in a bowl place secure covering.
  • 4. Chill 24 hours or up to 4 days
