Deep-Fried Marinated Fish

Nutritional Information

Deep fried white fish fillets marinated in an amazing soy sauce based mix.

Ingredients

  • 4 Fillets of White Fish
  • A Dash of Salt, Pepper, and Sake
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cornstach
  • Frying Oil
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 3 Dried Shiitake Mushrooms
  • 3 Green Peppers
  • Carrots
  • 1 tbsp Salad Oil
  • Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Sake
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 Vinegar
  • 2 Sugar
  • Dash of Salt
  • 5 Water
  • 2 Dissolved Cornstarch

Directions

  • 1. Slice the fish into bit size pieces and sprinkle with a dash of salt, pepper and sake.
  • 2. Place the cornstarch and flour in a vinyl bag.
  • 3. Place the fish in the bag to coat with flour then deep fry.
  • 4. Cut the onion, reconstituted dried shiitake mushrooms, green pepper and carrot into julienne strips.
  • 5. Heat the salad oil and stir fry the vegetables together with the seasoning and add the dissolved cornstarch for a syrup texture.
  • 6. Place the deep-fried fish in a dish and pour the sauce over it.
  • 7. 6 Servings
