Fetticcine Shirataki Tuna Casserole

Low-fat, low-crab, good eating. This fantastic Tofu Shirataki casserole puts a cool new healthy spin on this classic dish. Simply mix low fat cream cheese, cream of mushroom soup, and flaky tuna together for an irresistible meal that will blow your mind!

Ingredients

  • 24 oz Tofu Shirataki Fettucine
  • 2 tbsp Light Cream Cheese
  • 1 6oz Can Tuna Packed in Water
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushrooms Condensed Soup
  • 3 tbsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Grated Topping

Directions

  • 1. Rinse shirataki noodles and drain well. Microwave noodles for 1 minute and pat dry
  • 2. Cut noodles to manageable size and put into a bowl.
  • 3. Melt cream cheese into noodles and mix thoroughly (if necessary, microwave again for 20 seconds)
  • 4. Drain and flake tuna
  • 5. Add tuna and peas then stir well
  • 6. Put noodles/cheese mixture into a casserole dish
  • 7. Add mushroom soup, 1 tbsp of parmesan cheese seasonings, and mix well
  • 8. Top with remaining 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes
