Mushroom Pate

Nutritional Information

For an appetizer that is sure to blow there minds, try this healthy themed mushroom pate. Its got tons of fresh mushrooms and other tasty ingredients all mixed together with smooth cream cheese. Serve with your favorite french bread slices.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lbs Mushrooms (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 pkgs Cream Cheese (quartered)
  • 1/4 cup Parmeasan Cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Parsley (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

Directions

  • 1. Saute mushroom with onion in hot oil in large skillet over medium heat 2 minutes.
  • 2. Remove from heat.
  • 3. Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
  • 4. Add parmesan cheese parsely and soy sauce then stir and combined.
  • 5. Refrigerate covered 3 hours or until throughly chilled.
  • 6. Serve with french bread slices.
