Noodle Salad Asian Recipe

This recipe calls for tasty ramen noodles to be prepared with chopped vegetables, bacon, tomato, yuzu cooking juice and red peppers. For a healthier dish, forego the ramen seasoning and make your own!

  • 1. Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot then bring to a boil.
  • 2. Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles with the seasoning packet.
  • 3. When the noodles are done, drain the water.
  • 4. In a separate pan, cook the bamboo shoots, corn and bacon on medium heat.
  • 5. Add the bamboo shoots, corn, bacon, lettuce and tomato to the noodles.
  • 6. Add the Yuzu Cooking Juice and throughly mix the ingredients.
  • 7. Finally, add the chopped egg on top.
  • 8. 2 Servings
