This Oriental Honey Glazed Chicken is an Asian inspired recipe that calls for a sweet/citrusy flavor combined with a spicy taste. It offers a complex, savory taste that will come out when grilled.


  • 3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed Canola Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Organic Wilderness Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate (undiluted)
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Huy Fong Sriracha Sauce (or more/less to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 small Green onions (minced)
  • 3-4 lbs Chicken (into parts)


  • 1. Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a small dish; whisk to combine.
  • 2. Transfer to a large plastic food bag and add chicken. Seal bag tightly and turn it over several times so the chicken is well coated. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • 3. Prepare charcoal grill or preheat broiler.
  • 4. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry. Grill or broil chicken 6 inches from heat source, brushing several times with remaining marinade, until cooked. 20 to 30 minutes. Then garnish white sesame seed. Serve hot or at room temperature.
