Oven Chop Suey Casserole

Nutritional Information

The great taste of a Chop Suey stir-fry in a casserole. Great for a pot-luck dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1-1 1/2 lbs Pork Browned (cubed)
  • 1 Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup White Rice
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup (condensed cream)
  • 1 can Chicken Soup (condensed cream)
  • 1 can Water
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 - 1 cup Life Long Instant Noodles
  • 4 oz Orchids Shiitake Mushrooms Sliced

Directions

  • 1. In warm water, soak Shiitake Mushrooms for 60 minutes.
  • 2. Mix together the pork, onion, celery, rice, mushrooms and chicken soups, water and soy sauce.
  • 3. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, covering the first 20 minutes.
  • 4. Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup chow mein noodles over the top for the last 20 minutes.
