Salmon Stir-Fry Shirataki Noodle

Nutritional Information

This salmon stir fry comes with shirataki noodles and a delicious marinade to get you that perfect flavor. It'll give you a complex and fulfilling taste to satisfy anyone's hunger.


  • 1/2 lb Salmon (canned, drained)
  • 1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 2 1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Wine (or Sake)
  • 8 oz Shirataki Noodles
  • Salt and Pepper (ground to taste)
  • 1 pinch Cornstarch (or flour)
  • You can add any types of Vegetables
  • Wakame Seaweed (to taste)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 Shiitake Mushroom
  • 3 Okra Pods (to taste)
  • 3-4 Carrots
  • Cabbage (to taste)


  • 1. Follow the rinsing instructions for Shirataki Noodles. Chop the clove of garlic. Marinate the first six ingredients together for a few hours or overnight. If using shiitake, soak it in warm water over night for best result. Or for about 20 minutes.
  • 2. Cut all the vegetables into fine strips. Heat oil in skillet. Stir fry the salmon first for about two minutes (or until it changes color if it is raw.) Add some salt and pepper. Then add the vegetables and cook for two minutes.
  • 3. Add the cornstarch to the marinade and stir to dissolve. Stir in the Shirataki Noodles and the marinade and bring to boil. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
