Salmon with Lemon Dressing Shirataki Noodles

This unique recipe incorporates Alaskan salmon, and has it draped in delicious lemon dressing for singular dining experience. And with Shirataki noodles added, you know it'll fit well with your diet.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Shirataki Noodles
  • 15 1/2 oz Alaskan Salmon
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 2 cup Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese (cut into thin strips)
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Parsely
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1/2 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
  • 2 dash Black Pepper

Directions

  • 1. Drain and flake salmon
  • 2. Toss flaked salmon with remaining ingredients in large serving bowl.
  • 3. Toss with lemon dressing and serve.
  • 4. Whisk together ingredients until well combined
