Seafood Salmon Teriyaki

You wont believe that salmon can taste like this, with its sweet and rich flavor that's too good for your health!

Ingredients

  • 4-5 Salmon Filets
  • 1 tbsp Potato Starch
  • 3 tbsp Vegetablo Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sake

Directions

  • 1. Mix dipping sauce ingredients; marinate salmon in the mixture for 1 hour
  • 2. Pat salmon dry with paper towel and coat thinly with potato starch.
  • 3. Heat vegetable oil in frying pan; saute salmon until well cooked, remove from pan.
  • 4. In clean frying pan, heat teriyaki sauce mixture to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
  • 5. Put salmon into frying pan and flavor with teriyaki sauce.
  • 6. You may add vegetables at your discretion (Broccoli, Asparagus, Carrots, Potato)
  • 7. 5 Servings
