Sesame Chicken

Nutritional Information

An easy to make, quick and super delicious meal. Cook this in a pinch, and add your own spices to personalize it and give it that perfect taste.

Ingredients

  • 8 Chicken Thighs
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil

Directions

  • 1. Remove skin and excess fat from chicken
  • 2. Combine chicken, Mirin, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil, in a large plastic food storage bag. Tie bag securely and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • 3. Place chicken, in a single layer, on rack and place broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  • 4. 4 Servings
