Shirataki Chicken Stir Fry

This stir-fry dish utilizes some extremely unique ingredients to give your meal that perfectly delicious taste. With pineapple, garlic, ginger, green onions, and of course Shirataki noodles, you'll have all the ingredients to get just the right flavor.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Shirataki Noodles
  • 1/2 cup Colorful Bell Peppers (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Shitake Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 pak Frozen Stir Fry Chicken
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Pineapple
  • 1 cup Savoy Cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup House of Tsang Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)

Directions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in wok at medium heat.
  • 2. Add ginger, garlic and chicken, cook until chicken starts to appear golden brown.
  • 3. Add vegetables, starting with peppers, cook for a couple of minutes, toss stir fry sauce in vegetable (you want your veggies to have a little crunch)
  • 4. Add Shirataki Noodles, toss gently till mixed. Top with nuts, cilantro (optional).
  • 5. If desired, add shrimp and cook for an additional 3 - 4 minutes.
