Nutritional Information

This hearty meal is an eclectic and unique dish with various meats and vegetables thrown in. Imagine succulent chicken breast and savory shrimp prepared alongside green onions, red peppers, ginger, garlic, and shirataki noodles. They combine to form a delicious and healthy stir-fry dish.


  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 larg Eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (minced)
  • 3/4 lb Shrimp (26-30 count, peeled and cut in half length wise)
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  • 1 cup Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 2 pack Tofu Shirataki (prepared according to instructions on package)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion (thinly sliced, diagonally)


  • 1. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil over high heat in a non-stick, 8-inch frying pan. Add 1/2 of egg mixture and swirl in pan to form think omelet.
  • 2. When cool, cut into very fine strips. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add ginger and garlic and stir once.
  • 3. Add shrimp and stir fry until they curl. Add curry powder and stir a few times, then add chicken, red pepper and bean sprouts. Stir-fry until vegetables start to soften.
  • 4. Add noodles, salt, soy sauce and green onion. Stir-fry until noodles are hot. Serve immediately.
