Shrimptastic Shirataki Fettucine

Nutritional Information

A blast of cheese in every bite. This creamy and healthy shirataki noodle dish allows you to explore a quick and new way of cooking.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Grated Topping
  • 1 tbsp Basil (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Cooked Broccoli (chopped)
  • 5 med Cooked Shrimp

Directions

  • 1. Rinse well and drain shirataki noodles, put into a bowl
  • 2. Microwave noodles for 1 minute then drain and pat dry
  • 3. Cut noodles into 6-8 inches of length
  • 4. Add cheese, sour cream, broccoli and mix thoroughly
  • 5. Top with cooked shrimp
  • 6. Add salt and pepper for better taste, and sprinkle basil over noodles
  • 7. 2 Servings
