This recipe combines the famous Shirataki noodles with a deliciously sweet and rich frosting that consists of cocoa powder, cinnamon and creamy coconut milk. And atop it all is crushed Pocky sticks for a little bit of crunch and a lot of flavor. The concoction may sound a bit weird, but you'll be glad you tried it.

  • 1. Thoroughly rinse and drain noodles. Microwave noodles for 60 seconds on high, then pat dry.
  • 2. Combine 1 cup of coconut milk and potato starch in a small sauce pan. Mix until smooth.
  • 3. Then, add 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup ground cinnamon and 1 cup of milk.
  • 4. Heat till boiling, while stirring constantly.
  • 5. Cook for 60 seconds till sauce is nice and thick.
  • 6. Pour sauce over pasta and combine.
  • 7. Top each serving with your choice of Glico Chocolate or Strawberry Pocky (crushed)
