Turkey & Broccoli Stir Fry

Nutritional Information

This recipe has a sublime mixture of the sweet and the savory, and calls for yummy turkey and healthy broccoli to be served upon brown rice. The meal is flavored with hints of garlic and honey and sweet red peppers to create a uniquely flavorful essence


  • 8 oz Turkey Breast (boneless & skiness)
  • 1 tbsp Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Organic Pollen Honey
  • 2 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tsp Grapeseed Canola Blended Cooking Oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Sweet Red Peppers (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 1/2 cup Botan Brown Rice (cooked)


  • 1. Cut the turkey into strips. In a meduim bowl, stir together the soy sauce, honey & garlic. Add the turkey and toss to coat.
  • 2. In a wok or large frying pan over medium-high heat, heat the oil for 1 minute. Add the turkey and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until opaque. Remove with slotted spoon and keep warm.
  • 3. Add the broccoli and peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the stock and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender. Return the turkey to the pan and toss briefly. Serve over the rice.
