Wined Teriyaki Strips

Serves:30 to 40 skewers

Nutritional Information

Use this delicious white wine teriyaki glaze as a marinade for kababs at your next BBQ.

Ingredients

  • 2 lrg Flank steaks
  • 1 cup Dry White Wine
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Onion (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar or Honey
  • 10 1/2 oz Canned Beef Broth
  • 1 Gingerroot Piece (1 inch)

Directions

  • 1. Slice steaks diagonally across grain into 1/4 by 1 inch strips.
  • 2. Place in large bowl. Mix wine, soy sauce, onion, garlic, lemon juice, brown sugar, broth and ginger root.
  • 3. Pour over meat and marinate 1 hour, turning 3 or 4 times.
  • 4. Thread on skewers and grill over coals until done as desired.
