Your order will usually ship from our warehouse no later than the 2-4 business days after the time your order is placed on our website -- except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay. NOTE: FedEx Home Delivery Ground only delivers Tuesday through Saturday.
Asian Food Grocer (AFG) is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped
and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped. However, AFG is responsible for damaged products in transit. See

DISCLAIMER: Please note that AFG cannot cover thawing issues, and all orders of natto that are placed in hot months are made at the customer's own risk. AFG will package the natto with ice packs, but cannot guarantee that the product will arrive in its original frozen state, and cannot issue refunds for natto that arrives thawed. Orders paid for with Paypal will not be shipped or processed until payment notification is received by Paypal.
Shipping is calculated based on the weight and distance from our Richmond, CA warehouse. You can choose between FedEx or USPS Priority as your shipping options. FedEx Ground can take up to 7 business days to arrive after ship date. USPS Priority can take up to 3 business days to arrive. There is no tracking available for Priority deliveries.
Important Notice for FedEx Ground
FedEx does not ship to Post Office (P.O.) Boxes. You must choose United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail if you want your order delivered to a P.O. Box. Please use a physical address when using FedEx as your shipping method. Orders returned to us due to non-shippable address will accrue extra shipping fees; to avoid this please check your shipping address before finishing your order.
Order Confirmation: When shipping with FedEx Ground, an order confirmation will be emailed to you with your FedEx tracking number. You may use the tracking number to check your order's progress at fedex.com/us/.

USPS Lost Packages: USPS does not guarantee delivery on First Class mail. AFG has no control over USPS.
Armed Forces Delivery
FedEx will not deliver to most APO addresses. Please choose United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail if you want your order delivered to an APO or FPO. You cannot track the package once it enters the Military Mail System. Therefore, we are unable to determine the time it takes for your order to be delivered. As with all orders, please check shipping information before finishing your order with us. The more information USPS has, the easier it will be to ship your package on time.
Good News! You can now order Frozen Foods by 2nd day air! The Cold Pack used to refrigerate the product has a life of 72 hours which allows 2nd day air shipping and you to save on cost.
Second Day Air is only available Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure the product reaches you within the 72 hours.
When placing an order, you may select both frozen foods and non-frozen items for your shopping cart. You do not need to place separate orders for frozen food and other items. Although it is one order, frozen food and non-frozen items will be shipped separately. You will not be billed additionally for 2nd day air shipping of frozen foods; it is already included in the item cost. You will be charged shipping for non-frozen food items which will be shipped by UPS Ground. Please note that all Frozen Foods must be shipped 2nd day air to ensure that it arrives fresh.
AsianFoodGrocer (AFG) guarantees that all Frozen Food items leave our warehouse and arrive fresh. AFG ships orders the same business day if placed before 2 PM (PST).
AFG can only ship frozen food to customers residing in the continental United States at this time. We DO NOT deliver frozen food to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO destinations. UPS is the carrier AFG selected to ship our Frozen Food items.
To minimize the freight charge per item, only bulk sales or bundled assortments of Frozen Food are available. This makes it more cost effective for you, our customer.
